Abstract:
To provide a power fluctuation compensating system improved in efficiency by eliminating unnecessary energy loss.
This power fluctuation compensating system compensates fluctuations in power supplied from a power supplying means and/or consumed in a load, having a power storing means, a converter converting power inputted into the storing means and outputted therefrom, and a controlling means controlling the converter. The controlling means includes a compensating power computing means computing the value of compensating power and a determining means determining whether to operate and/or stop the converter, based on the fluctuation amount.
