Abstract:
To improve an operation efficiency in a small flow rate by starting the rotation of an impeller, even when the flow rate of a fluid is less.
This device is provided with an impeller 4 rotating by the flow of a fluid, an energy conversion means 13 for converting the rotary energy of this impeller 4 to an electric energy, a storage means 15 for accumulating the electric energy from this energy conversion means 13 and a current supply means 17 for making the current flow for a prescribed time from the storage means 15 to the energy conversion means 13 at the flow starting time of the fluid.
