Power-generating equipment relating to first embodiment is provided with two driving cylinders 11, 12 which use expansion energy of compressed air and perform driving, crank mechanism 13, dynamic valve mechanism 14, 15 for controlling the timing of air supply and exhaust to and from the driving cylinders 11, 12, linear power-generating parts 16, 17, and a compressed air supplying means 18 for supplying compressed air to the driving cylinders 11, 12. Driving is conducted with the expansion energy of compressed air, and power is generated in the linear power-generating parts 16, 17.
