In this power generating equipment, drive of a drive part 2 makes a power generating part 1 generate electric power. The power generating equipment is provided with a movement body 3 arranged in the atmosphere wherein fluid flows and moved by receiving fluid pressure of the fluid, a reciprocating movement mechanism 4 reciprocating the movement body 3 in a predetermined direction by the movement of the movement body 3, and a drive force conversion mechanism 5 converting the movement force of the movement body 3 reciprocated by the reciprocating movement mechanism 4 to the drive force of the drive body 2.
