To miniaturize a device in an enclosure and a power generating installation.SOLUTION: A power generating installation includes: an air flow passage which has an air inlet part 41 and an air outlet part 52 and through which cooling air flows; a power generating source 62; a power generator 61 driven by the power generating source 62; and a radiator 72 disposed in the air flow passage and circulating a cooling medium between the radiator and the power generating source 62, where an inflow area of cooling air into the radiator 72 is larger than a passage area of the inlet part 41.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
