To generate power with the energy of a pendulum motion by rotating a power generating machine using a gear wheel and a belt fixed to a pendulum, in other words, to generate power using clean and infinite energies.

The power generating machine 13 is rotated with the pendulum motion by a gear wheel 2 and a pulley fixed to the pendulum to generate power. The lost energy of the pendulum motion is covered by repulsion and pulling force between magnets 7, 8 or the power of a spiral spring to generate power permanently. A generated current flowing in a different direction alternately is rectified in a fixed direction to store the power.
