PURPOSE: To improve an efficiency at an end pat of a power transmittance by a method wherein gas generated by a fluidized bed gas furnace is ignited in an ignition device together with gas generated in a fluidized bed oxidization furnace and gas containing oxygen, a gas turbine is driven by the combustion gas and a steam turbine is driven by generated gas.
CONSTITUTION: Heavy oil 101 supplied to a pressurized fluidized bed gas furnace 3 is heated and converted into combustible gas 108a. The combustible gas 108a is sent from an ammonium decomposing column 6 to a combustion device 7, resulting in that the gas is completely ignited with air 107c and fluidized bed oxidization furnace combustion gas 115a. The combustion gas 109 is fed into a gas turbine 9 to rotate the gas turbine 9, its energy is converted into electricity through a generator 17. Combustion gas 109a passed through the gas turbine 9 is fed into a waste heat boiler 10, its sensitive heat is transmitted to water at a heat exchanger 21 and becomes water steam 111 and then the steam is given to a steam turbine 11 to rotate the turbine and the generator 18 is driven and the energy is changed into electricity.
