To obtain a toy that can generate the electrical power, without the use of a battery by generating an electrical power through conversion of kinetic energy accumulated in a rotating body into an electrical power, and then outputting this electrical power.
When a rotating force is given to a fly-wheel 12, electricity is generated because a magnet 5 comes close to or is separated from a coil 6 at a high speed. While the rotation is continued, based on the characteristic of fly-wheel 2, electricity is generated continuously. The generated electricity is then supplied to an output means via a lead wire 6a for various output operations. Here, magnets are symmetrically allocated through a plurality of equal intervals with good balance as the electrical power generating means, and moreover coils are also allocated with a plurality of equal interval as the power generating means, and the conversion efficiency is improved. As a result, necessary power can be supplied, depending on the power consumption of output means and application purpose. As an output means, optical output, sound output and operation output can be used.
