Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an error in a phase angle caused by rotation fluctuations in phase control of a generator.SOLUTION: The power generation controller includes: a position sensor 42 that outputs a position detection signal Ts matching with a cycle of a predetermined phase of a generator 10; a regulator 20 that is comprised of a plurality of rectification elements and a plurality of switching elements and supplies, to a battery 24, DC power in which a three-phase AC output from the generator 10 has been rectified; and a control circuit 32 that controls output timing of a driving signal for changing over opening/closing of the respective switching elements of the regulator 20 according to a cycle of a three-phase AC on the basis of a phase angle calculated with a position detection signal Ts as a criterion. The control circuit 32 predicts output timing of a subsequent position detection signal Ts on the basis of the output timing of the position detection signal Ts and controls output timing of a driving signal on the basis of the predicted output timing.
