To allow a battery of an electric vehicle to be charged during traveling without stopping the vehicle, allow the vehicle to be driven by electricity generated by solar energy, and reduce CO2 as battery charging is required for every predetermined traveling distance, though electric vehicles are mentioned nowadays to address a big issue of CO2 reduction.

A battery-operated vehicle is loaded with a small battery to be low-priced and spread, and in a system wherein rails for feeding electricity are laid on the road and only a rail in a location passed through by the vehicle is energized, thereby allowing battery charging during traveling of the vehicle and allowing long distance traveling even with a small battery, solar panels are placed on a roof above the road, and the electric vehicle is driven by the electricity generated by solar energy, and in addition to CO2 reduction in the electric vehicle, CO2 reduction is achieved through solar energy generation, in a power generation device combinedly used as a roof for an electric vehicle.
