Abstract:
To provide a power generation device such as a wind power generation device capable of realizing large output by making a center of gravity low as much as possible and making the device to a large size.
The power generation device is constituted such that it is provided with a fixing installation frame 10 provided with a ring-like guide member 11 arranged on an approximate vertical plane; a ring-like centerless type wind mill 20 provided with a vane 21 and rotatably supported along the guide member 11; a power generator 30 fixed and supported on the frame 10; and a driving force transmission mechanism 40 for transmitting rotation movement of the centerless type wind mill 20 to an input shaft of the power generator 30.
