To provide a power generation mat which can get electrified by a person walking on the power generation mat and can feed by collecting the electrified charges.
A power generation mat 1 of this invention comprises: a sheet-like dielectric 4; a fixed electrode 3 fixed on one surface of the dielectric and laminated; a displaced electrode 5 which is provided on the surface of the dielectric opposite to the fixed electrode with a distance to the dielectric relatively displaceable, and has a load connected with the fixed electrode; and displacement means 7 which is provided between the displaced electrode and the dielectric and generates, when there is an external force to contact the displaced electrode and the dielectric, contact electrification by displacing the displaced electrode and the dielectric to a contact state, and generates peeling electrification by displacing the displaced electrode and the dielectric to a separated state when there is no external force. Materials of the fixed electrode and the displaced electrode are such that a value in which an electronegativity of the displaced electrode is subtracted from the electronegativity of the fixed electrode is no less than -0.5.
