To provide a power generation satellite and a transmitting antenna device, in a space solar power generation system provided with a transmitting antenna in which the required number of element antennas and transmitters is reduced, in the transmitting antenna which sends microwave power which is the power generated from sunlight in space and converted.
A high-output transmitter is applied to the power generation satellite and the transmitting antenna device. The transmitting antenna constituted of a primary emitter and a mirror reflector antenna both having the reduced number of element antennas is also applied. As a result, the transmitting antenna with the less numbers of the transmitters and the element antennas than a phased array antenna has an equal performance to the phased array antenna, so that the power generation satellite and the transmitting antenna device in the space solar power generation system provided with this antenna is obtained.
