Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generation system capable of generating power more efficiently.SOLUTION: A power generation system 1 comprises: a heat source 2 of which the temperature rises and falls with the passage of time; a first device 3 of which the temperature is made rise and fall with the passage of time by a temperature change of the heat source 2 and which is electrically polarized; a second device 4 for extracting power from the first device 3; a voltage application device 9 which applies a voltage to the first device 3; a temperature change rate prediction program P for predicting a temperature change rate of the first device 3; and a control unit 10 for operating and stopping the voltage application device 9 based on the temperature change rate of the first device 3 that is predicted by the temperature change rate prediction program P.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
