Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a rotor for generating a power generation rotating torque to be positively rotated even if a flow direction of water flow and tidal flow is widely varied, enable power generation to be carried out under a stable high efficiency and enable a changeover between a rotating state of the rotor for generating power and a stopped state of the rotor for inspection and repairing to be easily carried out.SOLUTION: A rotor 3 is attached to an outer circumference of a mounting block 1 installed in the sea; an attaching frame 5 is provided at the rotor 3 in a radial manner; three rectangular-shaped pressure receiving plates 6 are pivotally arranged side-by-side at a lateral frame 5a of the attaching frame; stopper attaching members 8 are protruded at a right angle against the lateral frame 5a near the right and left sides of the pressure receiving plate; a lower stopper, an upper fixing stopper and a rotating stopper for restricting the pressure receiving plates 6 to an oscillatable state in which the pressure receiving plates 6 are oscillated within a range from -4° to -90° and a fixed state at 0° are attached to the stopper attaching members; there is provided turning means for setting the rotating stopper in a direction perpendicular to a longitudinal direction; a changeover operation part for the turning means is installed at the upper part of the attaching frame; and an actuator for changing over the changeover operation part is installed at the upper part of the mounting block 1.
