PURPOSE: To move a device by means of a low power and to generate a high power therefrom by a method wherein a liquid tank is mounted to each of the lower parts of two sets of secured liquid containers and restoration containers, the lower parts of the liquid containers and those of the restoration containers are interconnected through a hose and a pipe and the upper parts thereof through a pipe, and balancelike movement is effected.

CONSTITUTION: When, by exerting a force on balances 7 and 8, a liquid tank 5 and a restoration container 3 are raised and a liquid tank 6 and a restoration container 4 are lowered, liquid in the restoration container 3 is moved in the restoration container 4 through a hose 20 and a pipe 18, whereby a weight on the liquid tank 6 and the restoration container 4 side is increased, and a device is naturally vertically moved. A power is taken out from the vertical movement. When liquid containers 1, 2, 3, and 4 are restored to an initial level, the liquid tanks 5 and 6 are restored to their original positions and therefore, a force is applied on the balance 8 but the liquid tank 6 side is heavier than the liquid tank 5 by a weight equivalent to the reaction of the volume of the restoration container 4, resulting in consumption of a power. During this period, opening and closing doors 21, 22, 27, and 28 and an on-off valve are controlled for opening and closing, and through repetition of the motion, a high power is generated by means of a low power.
