PURPOSE: To transmit data in a plurality of bits during one cycle of an AC power supply frequency, by charging a data pulse charging capacitor with a charging capacity of a power supply voltage charging capacitor as required.
CONSTITUTION: The relation between capacitors C15 and C17, is taken as C15 C17. The C15 is charged during positive 1/4 cycle of the power supply frequency. The C17 is charged through the conduction of a thyristor 16. In this case, since C15C17 is made, the lowering in the terminal voltage of the C15 can be made small. A thyristor 19 is conducted at the production of data pulse only, the charge of the C17 is discharged and data pulse are superimposed on the power supply voltage. The number of data pulses can be increased, by increasing the number of trigger of thyristors 16 and 19.
