Abstract:
To level a power load at a low cost using a battery for a vehicle such as an electric vehicle being used for commuting but not in use during peak power demand in the daytime.
The electric power stored in the battery is discharged during peak power demand in a business place of a power consumer receiving electric power supplied from a power supply company to level a power load. Each battery of a plurality of vehicles is charged during non-peak power demand at a business place or using midnight power of each vehicle owner and the electric power stored in the charged vehicle battery is discharged during peak power demand at a business place.
