PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power management system, an information processor, a power management method, a program, and a recording medium capable of efficiently controlling the power source of equipment in accordance with the attendance situations of a plurality of persons.SOLUTION: A power management system includes: an attendance information acquisition part for acquiring attendance information in which information indicating a user is associated with information indicating attendance and leaving; a power information management part for holding control information in which one or more user information for identifying the user is associated with power supply conditions for supplying power to equipment in a power supply part which supplies power to the equipment and power interruption conditions for interrupting power supplied to the equipment for each information for identifying the power supply part; a determination part for determining the power supply and interruption in the power supply part on the basis of the attendance information and the control information; an instruction part for instructing the power supply or interruption in the power supply part in accordance with the determination result of the determination part; and a power supply control part for controlling power supply and interruption in the power supply part when accepting an instruction related to the power supply or interruption in the power supply part.
