PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power management system that, while restricting an amount of power used in a building, prevents the residents of some households from feeling unfair .SOLUTION: A power management system 100 comprises a control unit 110 that individually controls operations of a plurality of electronic apparatuses installed in a building. The control unit 110 is configured to perform: an overall control mode in which operation of each electronic apparatus is controlled so that the total amount of power used in the building is equal to or smaller than a first upper limit value; and individual control mode in which an amount of power used in each household is equal to or smaller than a second upper limit value set for each household.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
