This power measuring device includes main circuit measuring parts 701, 702 for measuring a current and a voltage in a main circuit, and external circuit measuring parts 400, 500 for measuring a current in an external circuit, wherein the main circuit measuring parts and the external circuit measuring parts are connected to a power operation part 130 through a switching part 120. According to this constitution, since the external circuit measuring parts for measuring the current in an external circuit for photovoltaic power generation, a fuel cell or the like are connected to the power operation part through the switching part, power operation of both of the main circuit and the external circuit is performed by one power operation part, and thereby the number of components is reduced, and an operation error between the main circuit and the external circuit is also reduced.
