To provide a new energy source to a power mechanism such as an engine and a generator, which is inexpensively manufactured and having high efficiency, by forming hydrogen gas and oxygen gas by water electrolysis.
The power mechanism includes a hydrogen/oxygen gas producing section, a power supply section causing the hydrogen/oxygen producing section to electrolyze, a conservation section, a pressure regulator, and a nozzle attached to the carburetor of the evaporation system of the power mechanism. The hydrogen/oxygen gas producing section functions as an electrolyzer chamber provided with positive/negative pole electrolysis modules in its inside. The positive/negative pole electrolysis modules are dipped in an electrolysis solution in the electrolyzer chamber. Power is supplied from the power supply section to produce hydrogen gas in the positive pole electrolysis module and oxygen gas in the negative pole electrolysis module, thereby determining a ratio of the hydrogen gas to the oxygen gas by voltage adjustment. The produced hydrogen gas and produced oxygen gas are conserved in the conservation section, delivered with pressure thereof controlled by the pressure regulator, and sent to the nozzle assembled to the upper side of the evaporation system of the fuel power mechanism by a tube body. When the hydrogen gas and oxygen gas are ejected, the hydrogen gas and oxygen gas are absorbed by the carburetor, introduced to a cylinder combustion chamber, and burnt and exploded, thereby operating the power mechanism such as the engine of an automobile.
