PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power meter with a communication function capable of quickly entering a network after replacement work, and its network entry method.SOLUTION: A power meter with a communication function 2 which is going to be one terminal constituting part of a network comprises: a storage unit 22 that stores entry history to the network and prescribed entry order; and a communication unit 23 that preferentially tries to enter the network if it enters the network first time on the basis of the stored information in the storage unit 22, and tries to enter the network at timing corresponding to the predetermined order if it entered the network in the past according to the entry history.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
