Abstract:
To provide a power monitoring system capable of more certainly detecting charging and non-charging states of a power supply line to be maintained, a switchgear, a program for the power monitoring system, and a power monitoring method.SOLUTION: A power monitoring system comprises: a first voltage detection unit 22a for detecting a voltage of a first power supply line 91 for supplying electric power; a switchgear 21 whose primary side is connected to the first power supply line 91; a second voltage detection unit 22b for detecting a voltage of a second power supply line 92 connected to a secondary side of the switchgear 21; and a power monitoring device 3 that outputs a voltage of the first power supply line 91, a voltage of the second power supply line 92, and an open circuit state and a closed circuit state of the switchgear 21 based on signals transmitted from the first voltage detection unit 22a and the second voltage detection unit 22b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
