Abstract:
To provide an outage schedule management apparatus and method in EMS configured for an operator to propose, as a review data, a solution based on power flow calculation, fault calculation and credible accident interpretation during outage review, before approval of outage schedule, thereby predicting a system subsequent to outage.
An power outage management apparatus in EMS comprises: a controller (10) executing a topology change in accordance with a power outage schedule set up by a user input, and determining suitability of a system operation standard and approving the power outage schedule; and a first storage (30) storing the power outage schedule with control of the controller.
