Two blade receiving members 5 for receiving the blade inserted from a blade inserting hole 21 are contained inside a housing consisting of a body 1 and a cover 2. Detecting springs 9 made of plate spring that would be deformed by insertion force from the tip of the blade when inserting the blade are respectively arranged on portions corresponding to the respective blade receiving members 5. When the detecting spring 9 receives insertion force of the blade, the detecting spring 9 pushes upward a pusher 94 placed on the tip part to the blade inserting hole 21 side, and the contact output of a micro switch 6 is reversed by the pusher 94.
