Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transfer the operation state of a prime mover in a power output device which converts the torque power outputted by the prime mover into a required torque power which is outputted to a drive shaft to a target operation state smoothly, when a target power to be outputted to the drive shaft is changed. SOLUTION: A torque Td* to be outputted to a drive shaft is obtained, based on a drive shaft revolution Nd and the stepping stroke AP of an acceleration pedal (S100-S104). A target revolution Ne* and a target torque Te* of an engine are set based on the torque Td* (S106-S110). A power which can be extracted from a battery is calculated, and the proportion of the power used for the increase in the revolution of the engine and the proportion used for the increase of the revolution of the drive shaft are successively determined within the range of the calculated power (A110-S120). As a result, if acceleration is requested, the kinetic energy of the engine which is the power source of a system as a whole is quickly increased, and consequently, acceleration performance can be improved and drivability can be improved.
