PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power receiving and supplying apparatus capable of performing non-contact power reception and supply by effectively utilizing a limited area of a portable device.SOLUTION: The power receiving and supplying apparatus included in a portable device for performing both of non-contact power reception and non-contact power supply using electromagnetic induction includes: a power reception coil 81A; a power supply coil 81B; a power reception circuit 5 connected to the power reception coil 81A; and a power supply circuit 6 connected to the power supply coil 81B.
