PURPOSE: To prevent the breakage of a power circuit and rectifier circuit at the time of a power short-circuit by providing a parallel connection body of a resistor and a first transistor(Tr) between a power supply and an actuator, by connecting the collector of a second Tr with the base of the first Tr, and by connecting the base of the second Tr with the node of the actuator and parallel connection body.
CONSTITUTION: At the time of closing a power supply, an electric current flows to an actuator 3 and the base of a transistor(Tr) 5 via resistor 6 to turn ON the Tr 5 and further Tr 4. By the short-circuit of the Vcc terminal 11 and GND terminal 10 of the actuator 3, the Tr 5 is reduced to zero in the base potential and turned OFF and Tr 4 is also turned OFF. Therefore, the electric current flows to the GND through the resistor 6 and short-circuit part. When the resistance value R of the resistance 6 is set at a suitable value, it is possible to prevent the breakage of a power circuit and a rectifier circuit.
