To provide a power source circuit capable of efficiently driving elements corresponding to various situation changes.
When the power source circuit 17 supplies power source voltage Vcc to a driver IC 14 for driving a display panel 11 comprised of organic EL elements 12, the circuit directly measures the voltage applied to an EL elements 12(1) via the driver IC 14 by a voltage measuring circuit 18, a voltage control circuit 19 controls the power source voltage Vcc to be supplied to the driver IC 14 by referring to the measured voltage.
