To provide a power source device in which a large number of electric devices can be power-fed in an aviation engine and/or its environment.
The power source device for the aircraft includes first generators (10, 10') driven by the engine of the aircraft; a power distribution network (22) mounted on the aircraft for receiving a produced voltage by them; second generators (26, 26') driven by an electric motor; and an engine power distribution network (28) different from an on-board network (22) for feeding power to the engine and its environmental equipment. The network (28) includes a power source circuit (30) including a first input line connected to DC voltage power distribution generating lines (40, 40') for the electric equipment and the on-board network (22); a second input line connected to the second generators in order to receiving the feed voltage by the second generators (26, 26'); a voltage converter connected to it; and a selector circuit for performing feeding the voltage received by the first input line according to amplitude of the feed voltage by the second generators or the feed voltage by the converter to the power distribution generating lines (40, 40').
