Abstract:

To firmly connect a first case and a second case dividedly manufactured at the time of mounting while surely separating them by impact of the crash and improving safety.

In the power source device for the vehicle, a case 1 is divided into the first case 1A and the second case 1B, a battery for driving a motor for making the vehicle travel is housed in the case 1, and the divided first case 1A and the second case 1B are connected so as to be separated by the impact of the crash. A connecting material connected to a part of the first case 1A and the second case 1B or the first case 1A and the second case 1B is stacked, an impact fracture pin 9 fractured by the predetermined impact goes through the stacked part, and the first case 1A and the second case 1B are connected.
