Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain a power source device of high quality by winding a core, wound with a choke coil, with an energizing coil for self-oscillation, and then driving a switching element for energizing a transformer by the output of the energizing coil. CONSTITUTION:The output side of a rectifying circuit 3 is connected to the collector of a transistor (TR)7 through the series circuit of the primary coil N1 of a transformer 6 and a choke coil NS. Further, an energizing coil NB is wound around a magnetic core, wound with a coil NS, with the same polarity as the coil NS. One terminal of the coil NB is grounded and the other terminal is connected to the base of the TR7 through the series resonance circuit of a damping resistor 22, a choke coil 23, and a capacitor 24. Further, a diode is connected between the base and emitter of the TR7 to obtain an ideal waveform of the base current IB of the TR7. Consequently, the loss due to forward saturation resistance and switching loss in a descending period are reduced, and variance in self-oscillation frequency due to variance in TR storage is reduced.
