To protect nature, mankind and all the living things from the destruction of nature due to the utilization of large-scale facilities or natural resources, the exhaustion of natural resources, any pollution including the pollution of the environment, and the like.
A self-start motor 9 is rotated using electric power taken out of a battery 8, and electric power is generated using a generator 10. A motor 11 is rotated using the electric power to rotate a shaft 13. Further, magnetic wheels and flywheels 1, 2 are rotated. Further, the rotational force (power) of the shaft 13 is increased through rotating motion due to the above-mentioned three consecutive actions. A generator 6 and the generator 10 are made to continuously generate power for 24 hours. Thus a battery 5 is continuously charged for 24 hours. The electric power stored in the battery 5 is taken out for use through an electrical energy-voltage transformer 7 as required. At this time the power to the battery 8 is turned off to stop the self-start motor 9. Then the generator 10 performs self-sustaining power-generating motion.
