Abstract:
PURPOSE:To suppress the excessive reduction in transient state of a steering force through the reduction of assisting force due to hydraulic pressure by adjusting the opening degree of a bypass valve in correspondence with the reduction of the number of engine revolution when an accelerating pedal is released by the shift operation. CONSTITUTION:A bypass valve 15 cuts off a bypass passage in nonoperation, and opens the bypass passage according to the value of the control signal supplied from the driving circuit 25 of an electric controller 20 in operation, and the opening degree of the bypass valve 15 is increased according to the value of the control signal. When a hydraulic pump 14 is driven by the engine start, and the number of engine revolution reaches a prescribed value, the discharged liquid flow-rate of the hydraulic pump 14 reaches the value for generating a sufficient assisting force, and the discharged oil of the hydraulic pump 14 is supplied into the high-pressure chamber of a power cylinder 13B, and the oil discharged from the low-pressure side oil chamber of the power cylinder 13B returns to a reservoir, and a prescribed assisting force due to the oil pressure is generated.
