Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power steering device that can suppress occurrence of rust in a ball screw mechanism when moisture intrudes into the inside of a housing.SOLUTION: In a power steering device which applies steering assist force by converting rotating force of an electric motor 31 into movement in a shaft direction of a rack shaft 7 via a ball screw mechanism 40, grease G containing synthetic hydrocarbon oil as base oil and calcium sulfonate composite soap as a thickening agent is applied to the ball screw mechanism 40.
