Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly perform normal pumping action when the number of revolutions of an electric motor is increased with steering by enabling a vane to push against an inner surface of a cam ring even in a low speed revolution of the electric motor.
SOLUTION: This system is provided with a back pressure generating means 27 (restriction part 28) and a bypass means 29 (bypass passage 30, bypass valve 31, spring 32) for bypassing the back pressure generating means 27 when back pressure becomes a specified pressure or more in a discharging passage 21 of a vane pump 20 driven by an electric motor 25.
