Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power storage device and electrical power system having the same, capable of quickly charging a power storage unit.SOLUTION: A power storage device 10 is configured so that electric power input from a battery 12 is supplied to a power storage unit 21 through a FET 20 and a resistor R1. A control circuit 25 turns off the FET 20 when an ambient temperature of the resistor R1 detected by a temperature detection circuit 24 is not less than an upper temperature and turns on the FET20 when the ambient temperature of the resistor R1 detected by the temperature detection circuit 24 is less than a lower temperature. The lower temperature is not more than the upper temperature.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
