Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power storage device capable preventing damage on the components by absorbing expansion of a lithium ion battery during charging.SOLUTION: A unit cell 30 held by piling a laminate type battery 20 and a buffer member 32 is laminated in the inside of a frame 31, and the buffer member 32 is compressed by sandwiching the unit cell 30 between an upper side end plate 41 and a lower side end plate 42 and fastening it with a tie rod 43. Dimension of the laminate type battery 20 in the lamination direction is increased by charging, and the buffer member 32 is further compressed, thereby reducing stress acting on the tie rod 43.
