Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power storage device capable of suppressing a short-circuit between a positive electrode tab and a negative electrode.SOLUTION: A secondary battery 10 comprises an electrode assembly 14 laminating a positive electrode 21, a negative electrode 24, and a separator 27. The negative electrode 24 has a size slightly larger than the positive electrode 21. In the secondary battery 10, the separator 27 projects from a part of a first side 27c, and has a tab opposing part 27g covering a root of a positive electrode tab. In a lamination direction of the electrode assembly 14, the negative electrode 24 has a concave short-circuit suppressing part 33 concave from a first side 25c of the negative electrode 24 in a portion where the negative electrode 24 is opposite to the root of positive electrode tab 31.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
