PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make effective use of electric power supplied from the outside.SOLUTION: The present invention comprises: a connection section 110 that makes a plurality of storage battery pack 20 removable; and a control section 150 that controls charging and discharging of a plurality of storage battery packs 20 connected with the connection section 110. The control section 150 charges a storage battery pack 20a connected with the connection section 150 with electric power supplied from a PV panel 30 and charges a storage battery pack 20b different from the storage battery pack 20a with electric power of the storage battery pack 20a.
