To provide a power storage device, equipped with a power storage element, which allows downsizing.SOLUTION: A power storage device 1 comprises: a power storage element 20; an insulation film 80 disposed along a longer-side surface 21a of the power storage element 20; and a bus bar plate 70 disposed to face a terminal surface 21c, of the power storage element 20, which spreads in a direction intersecting the longer-side surface 21a. The insulation film 80 has a film end 81 which protrudes further to the bus bar plate 70 side than the terminal surface 21c.
