Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a current used in a household within a contract current, by switching supply of power from a household breaker to a power storage system when a current detected value of the household breaker is the same as a first set value or above, and switching the supply of power from the power storage system to the household breaker when the current detected value is the same as a second set value or below.
SOLUTION: When a detected current value 23 of a current detecting means 4 exceeds a first restriction current set value 24, the supply of power is switched from a commercial power supply to a power storage system 8 for a feeder line 10b and then a feeder line 10c according to the switching priority. When the detected current value 23 becomes lower than the first set value 24, the detected value 23 is monitored to see if it reaches a second restriction current set value 25. Then, at the point of time 44 when the detected value reaches the second set value 25, if there are any feeder lines supplied with power from the power storage system 8, the current value at the point of time 44 is added to the maximum current values of such feeder lines in the order of least priority. Then, a difference between each added value and the second restriction current set value 25 is compared. From the comparison result, one or more feeder lines with a small difference are selected as target ones for which the supply of power is switched to the commercial power supply.
