Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deal with a case where a voltage detection line for detecting the voltage of a cell is broken, while taking safety and convenience into account.SOLUTION: In a power storage system 2, a voltage detector 30 is connected with each node between a plurality of cells S1-Sn connected in series by a plurality of voltage detection lines, and detects the voltage of each cell S1-Sn by detecting the voltage between adjoining voltage detection lines. When any one of the plurality of voltage detection lines is abnormal, a control section 40 subtracts the total of respective voltages of the cells, excepting two cells above and below the voltage detection line in abnormal state, from the voltage across a plurality of cells, and estimates each voltage of two cells connected with the voltage detection line in abnormal state, by dividing the voltage obtained by subtraction by 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
