Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power source remote control system capable of accurately changing over ON/OFF of a power source of an apparatus to a state of the power source intended by a user, by remotely controlling a learning remote control terminal through the Internet.SOLUTION: A power source remote control system comprises: a power source tap terminal 10 for determining whether or not an apparatus 3 connected to an insertion port is in a standby power state; and a control server 20 for receiving information for controlling power source ON/OFF input from an operation terminal 7 for a user's inputting power source ON/OFF operation for the apparatus 3 through the Internet 1. When receiving the control information, the control server 20 inquires of the power source tap terminal 10 a result of the determination, remotely controls a learning remote control terminal 2 so as to correspond to a control target of power source ON or OFF shown by the control information when the result of the determination shown by a response to the inquiry is reverse to the control target, and does not perform remote control of the learning remote control terminal 2 when the result of the determination agrees with the control target.
