A power supply apparatus supplies power to a first power receiving apparatus that charges a first battery and a second power receiving apparatus that charges a second battery. The power supply apparatus includes a power supply means that, when the first power receiving apparatus and the second power receiving apparatus are in a predetermined range, supplies power to the first power receiving apparatus and the second power receiving apparatuses in parallel, and an acquisition means that acquires first history information indicating that the first power receiving apparatus has been in the predetermined range and second history information indicating that the second power receiving apparatus has been in the predetermined range. When the first power receiving apparatus and the second power receiving apparatus are in the predetermined range, control is carried out not to stop either the first power receiving apparatus or the second power receiving apparatus according to the first history information and the second history information.
