Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cope with both a short-circuit failure and an open-circuit failure and to secure power feeding to a load in either of two power supplies for giving redundancy to power feeding to the load.SOLUTION: A power supply box 4 includes a switch 431, a switch 432, and a control circuit 41. The switch 431 has one end connected to a battery 1, and the other end connected to a load 3, and is turned on during normal operation. The switch 432 has one end connected to a battery 2, and the other end connected to the load 3, and is turned on during normal operation. The control circuit 41 turns off the switch 431 in the case that current I1 flowing to the switch 431 is caused to flow in an opposite direction from the current I1 caused to flow during normal operation or that the current is smaller than a prescribed threshold.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
