Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply circuit capable of avoiding the influence of an electromagnetic noise caused by an inductor, thereby imaging a high-quality image.SOLUTION: A power supply circuit 10 supplying a power supply voltage Vo to an imaging element 20 includes a switching regulator 11 including a transistor 11a connected to a battery Ba, an inductor 11b connected to the transistor 11a, and a control circuit 11c performing the switching control of the transistor 11a and turning on and off the transistor 11a, to convert magnetic energy stored in the inductor 11b into electrical energy and produce the power supply voltage Vo. The control circuit 11c performs control for turning off the transistor 11a at the timing of reading a signal from a pixel cell and turning on the transistor 11a at the timing of not reading the signal from the pixel cell, according to a driving clock ck1 synchronized with a reading clock ck for determining the timing of reading the signal from the pixel cell of the imaging element 20.
