Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a power supply circuit for a magnetron with which breakage of a high-voltage diode is prevented even when a surge voltage is generated, and which will not give effects on action of the magnetron.
CONSTITUTION: A coil 5 is connected in series to a secondary side terminal of a high-voltage power supply transformer 1b together with a high-voltage capacitor 2 and a high-voltage diode 3 composing a half-wave voltage doubler rectifier circuit. A negative electrode of a magnetron 4 is connected between this high-voltage capacitor 2 and the high-voltage diode 3 to prevent breakage of the diode 3.
