Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply circuit which is capable of reducing the number of reverse connection protection elements and also capable of preventing the reduction of supply voltage to a DC power source.SOLUTION: A power supply circuit 100 comprises: a cable-way switching FET 41 which switches between the electric conduction and non-conduction from a battery B to an inverter circuit 3; a reverse connection protection FET 42 which is connected in series to the FET 41; a diode D1 which is connected in parallel to the FET 41 so as to be in the reverse direction with respect to the battery B; a diode D2 which is connected in parallel to the FET 42 so as to be in the forward direction with respect to the battery B; a control unit 1 which controls the on/off operation of the FETs 41 and 42; and power source lines L1 to L4. One end of the power source line L3 arranged between a positive electrode of the battery B and the control unit 1 is connected to the positive electrode of the battery B via the FET 42.
